BaserowPDF turns a row in your Baserow table into a branded PDF document — connect a table, configure one report template, and generate a PDF per row or in a small batch. It's free, with no paid tier at this time.

Why it exists

Baserow is a great database, but getting a single row out as something you can actually hand to a client or print — a quote, a report, a certificate — usually means exporting to CSV and rebuilding it by hand, or wiring up a generic PDF-from-webhook tool that flattens every field to plain text. Neither preserves what makes the data readable in Baserow in the first place: colored select pills, linked records as real sub-tables, image attachments inline. BaserowPDF exists to close that specific gap — see how the field mapping works for the details.

Who's behind it

BaserowPDF is built and run by EBLYN. It isn't made or endorsed by Baserow — it's an independent tool that connects to your Baserow table through Baserow's own public API, using a token you create and control.

Where it stands today

BaserowPDF is early. It's a genuinely useful, free tool today, and also a market-appetite test — we're finding out whether this is worth building further before any paid tier or new capability gets added. If that ever changes, the people already using it hear about it first, not last.

What we won't do

No fake urgency, no manufactured scarcity, no testimonials or customer logos we don't actually have yet. What you see on the homepage is what the product does, demonstrated with real Baserow field types, not staged screenshots.
