These are the terms for using BaserowPDF, run by EBLYN at baserowpdf.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If anything here doesn't work for you, don't hesitate to get in touch before you sign up.

The service

BaserowPDF connects to a Baserow table you own or have access to, using a read-only API token you provide, and renders rows from that table as PDF documents according to a template you configure. It is currently free, with no paid tier, no credit card required, and no hidden usage-based billing.

Your account and your token

You're responsible for the Baserow API token you connect, and for keeping your own sign-in credentials secure. Create the token read-only and scoped to the specific database, exactly as the connect form walks you through — BaserowPDF never asks for more access than it needs to read your rows and field definitions. See the privacy policy for exactly how the token is stored and encrypted.

Fair use

To keep a free service usable for everyone on shared hosting, generation is capped at 120 PDFs per user per hour and 50 rows per batch. These limits are enforced automatically (HTTP 429 if you hit them) — they're not a hidden quota meant to push you toward a paid tier that doesn't exist.

What you use it for

You agree not to use BaserowPDF to generate documents that are illegal, fraudulent, or intended to impersonate someone else, and not to attempt to circumvent the rate limits, probe the service for vulnerabilities, or use it in any way that could disrupt it for other users.

No warranty

BaserowPDF is provided as-is, free of charge, without warranty of any kind — including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that field rendering will be pixel-perfect for every possible Baserow configuration. An unsupported or unusual field type falls back to readable text rather than failing the render, but we can't guarantee every edge case is covered. Check the status page for current service health.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EBLYN is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BaserowPDF, including document generation errors, service interruptions, or reliance on generated PDFs for decisions where accuracy is critical. Always review a generated document before relying on it.

Changes to the service

BaserowPDF is under active, early development. Features may be added, changed, or removed, and — while we have no plans to — a paid tier could be introduced in the future for new capabilities on top of what's free today. Existing users would hear about any such change first, not last, and nothing you already use for free would be taken away and re-billed without notice.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the Account page — your connection, template, logo, and generation history are removed immediately and permanently. We may suspend or terminate access for accounts that violate these terms, particularly the fair-use or acceptable-use sections above.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll update the date above and, where reasonable, tell existing users directly.
